About the team
The Cloudflare Pricing Team plays a key role in how we bring our solutions to market by ensuring our offers are competitive, scalable and aligned with business goals. Within this team, the Pricing Operations function is responsible for turning pricing strategy into execution, ensuring the processes, systems and data are in a place to support accurate, timely, and effective go-to-market delivery.
As a Pricing Operations Analyst, you will support the operational side of pricing by helping maintain pricing accuracy, support cross-functional workflows, and ensuring new and existing offers are reflected carefully across systems.
You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders in Revenue Operations, Product, Finance and the Pricing Strategy team to ensure pricing decisions are executed smoothly and consistently. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-minded, and interested in how pricing fuels growth in a high velocity business.
Job Responsibilities
  • Pricing Execution
    • Maintain and update pricing configurations in CPQ and related systems based on approved pricing strategies
    • Support the rollout of new SKUs, bundles, discounts and promotions by ensuring pricing data is accurate and complete
    • Assist in coordinating the operational launch of pricing changes across systems and teams
  • Cross-Functional Support
    • Collaborate with teams such as Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Product and IT to ensure pricing changes are well understood and implemented correctly
    • Assist in documenting pricing processes, workflows and operational best practices
  • Pricing Data Governance
    • Monitor and maintain pricing data accuracy across tools and systems
    • Help track pricing exceptions, approvals and anomalies to support compliance and reporting
    • Document pricing implementation requirements, process flow diagrams, and use cases across CPQ and Pricing workflows
    • Assist in preparing reports and summaries to support pricing governance and decision-making
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to streamline pricing workflows and reduce manual effort
    • Support projects aimed at improving the scalability and reliability of pricing operations
    • Help test and validate changes to pricing logic, system configurations or new sku launches

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years in Pricing Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk or related field
  • Experience with SaaS pricing models, product catalogs or SKU management
  • Prefer familiarity with Enterprise B2B Selling model, Pricing / Quote to Cash processes for different routes to markets, Direct, and Partner/Reseller/Distributors as well as how they can be supported in systems (end to end) conceptually
  • Understanding of best practices with off the shelf enterprise CPQ/Quoting system and how they can help scale business with speed
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, SFDC CPQ (including object data structure) and Jira preferred
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Willingness to work towards solutions; internally motivated
  • Learn fast and adapt to process/system changes quickly
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team
  • Proficient in Google Suite including Docs and Slides
