As our Pricing VP, and a key member of our Corporate Strategy & Growth team, you will work closely with our Product Management and GTM teams on growth strategies, execution and cross-company alignment in value delivery, monetization and pricing and packaging to drive incremental revenue for our risk and compliance solutions. 

A successful candidate will have strong business acumen, analytic skills and an inquisitive mind as you dive into the market to best understand industry standards and pricing strategies of our competitors to propel NAVEX further as the leader in our space.

What you’ll do:

  • Define, develop, evaluate and drive the implementation of pricing models, strategies and practices to drive growth of the NAVEX One platform and products

  • Use analytics to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and improvements, modelling the impact of changes using product usage, retention, and financial data

  • Understand customer and buyer behavior to improve and innovate our approach to packaging to better align with customer value capture

  • Monitor the competitive environment, in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing, to ensure market competitive pricing and packaging of our solutions

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to establish pricing programs and practices aligned with product strategy and revenue recognition requirements

  • Establish and lead pricing & packaging governance that includes establishing policies and processes to maintain consistency in pricing practices and cross-functional Pricing Committee decision forums

  • Monitor the performance and track the effectiveness of our pricing strategies, making adjustments to optimize results in collaboration with Finance

  • Roll up your sleeves to access the right data, perform analysis, derive actionable insights, make ROI positive recommendations, socialize with stakeholders, and support execution / change management

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree with a business or Finance emphasis, MBA a plus

  • 15+ years in pricing strategy or product monetization for a global software company, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity

  • Experience analyzing profitability and growth for a software or SaaS provider is a must

  • Strong analytic skills and attention to detail

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of fostering relationships and aligning teams across multiple departments

  • High tolerance of ambiguity, an openness to change, and a willingness to take informed risks

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of talent development, influence and strategic execution

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

  • Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.

  • The starting pay range for this role is $165,000+ per annum with 15% MBO.

  • Pay progression based on your performance.
