- Build trusted, strategic relationships across the organization and become a go-to advisor for analytical clarity.
- Develop models, dashboards, and narrative-rich presentations that shape executive decision-making.
- Help set the bar for analytics excellence: co-define best practices, influence tooling strategy, and contribute to our insight-driven culture.
- Utilize a broad toolkit: SQL, Python, Excel, QuickSight, and GenAI technologies to accelerate insight generation.
What Success Looks Like:
- Your work directly influences board-level conversations, strategic priorities, and operational roadmaps.
- You’re recognized as a critical thinking partner by senior leaders across both AutoScout24 and Trader Corp.

- You play a key role in AutoScout24’s OneData transformation and help cultivate a best-in-class analytics community.
Your Background:

- Strong business intuition – you think like a GM and act like an owner.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills; comfortable building your own datasets and models.
- Proficiency in Excel for fast prototyping and working across legacy systems.
- Experience applying GenAI tools to enhance speed, clarity, and storytelling is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and communicate with senior executives.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build momentum without formal authority.
