What You'll Bring:

  • Payroll Experience: 5+ years managing payroll partnerships including building, launching and managing payroll and credit bureau solutions in the verification market.
  • Financial and Data Experience: 10–12+ years of experience in regulated, technology‑enabled, and data‑driven environments.
  • Income and Employment Verification: Experience working with products involving sensitive consumer or employment data, ensuring requirements are translated into practical business solutions that are revenue generating.
  • Experience supporting global or multi‑regional products strongly preferred.
  • Comfort engaging with product roadmaps, system flows, and data usage models at an advisory level.
  • Experience supporting credit reporting, identity, payroll, and/or HR technology solutions.
  • Experience collaborating in highly matrixed, cross‑functional environments.

Impact You'll Make:

The Global Head of VOIE Partnerships is responsible for building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships across technology providers, payroll providers, data aggregators, and global ecosystem partners. This person will drive partner-led record and revenue growth, ensure mutual value creation, and positioning the company as a central VOIE provider in multiple geographies, starting with Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the alliances and partner strategy, aligning with corporate and business unit growth objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships to expand product capabilities, data coverage, revenue opportunities and geographic presence.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic partners, driving mutual value.
  • Develop joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives with partners to maximize the revenue impact.
  • Drive pipeline creation and revenue acceleration through partner channels.
  • Ensure partner deals are structured for scalability, compliance, and profitability.
  • Work closely with Legal, Product, Marketing, Sales and Technology to integrate partner solutions and deliver market-leading offerings.
  • Act as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem to inform the product roadmap and market expansion.
  • Establish KPIs, track partner performance, and manage executive reporting against revenue and targets.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, governance models, and enablement tools for partner success.

The expected pay range for this position is $174,000 - $217,000 annually. The pay information provided for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of expected compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of many factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. In addition, variable compensation is based on applicable company guidance and plan documents as well as performance.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
