As a Principal Product Manager, Confluence Enterprise Platform, you drive the development of the Confluence features that Enterprise customers rely on, empowering us to serve customers at scale effectively and successfully. Your customers are admins and decision makers at our largest Atlassian customers, massive Enterprises for whom Confluence is a business-critical tool. PST time zone candidates are preferred.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $193,500 - $252,625
Zone B: $174,600 - $227,950
Zone C: $161,100 - $210,325
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

In this role, you will:
- Own the vision and roadmap for Confluence Enterprise Platform within Confluence.
- Partner closely with cross-Atlassian platform teams to build a joint vision for enterprise features that are shared across products.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and other discipline leads to deliver high-quality Enterprise functionality and features to end users - including performance, data movement, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with GTM teams to integrate customer feedback, ensure our cloud solutions meet enterprise requirements, and drive adoption throughout the sales process.
- Define key results (KRs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of enterprise features, using data-driven insights to iterate and improve.
- Engage regularly with enterprise customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and refine our offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to enterprise solutions, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
Your background:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with some experience in enterprise software and/or security & compliance topics.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects and iterating on functionality through experimentation.
- Ability to apply good judgment and taste to user-facing experiences, even highly technical ones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high levels of ambiguity, where priorities may shift rapidly and flexibility is essential for success.
