About the Role
Dandy is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Foundational ML Models. This role will work at the intersection of CAD, ML, and human expertise to build the world’s most advanced ML-driven CAD prosthetic design experience. You’ll join the only company building 3D generative AI for dental prosthetics — powered by the world’s largest labeled prosthetic dataset, and a top-tier ML group pushing the frontier where no one else is even trying.
This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and wants to shape the future of how dentistry is designed and delivered digitally. This isn’t just about iterating on the status quo—it’s about building the systems that will define what digital dental design looks like in the years to come.

Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making across stakeholders, ensuring transparency, clarity, and momentum on key initiatives.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, in a highly agile and collaborative environment.
Use data and qualitative insights to measure impact, communicate results, and continuously refine the product direction.
Interface with third-party vendors and partners as needed to evaluate and integrate complementary technologies.
