Nous recherchons un développeur logiciel principal en tests, hautement motivé et expérimenté, pour rejoindre l'équipe Autodesk AEC Data.

À ce poste, vous serez chargé de garantir la qualité au sein d'une équipe travaillant sur un produit basé sur le cloud largement utilisé par les clients d'Autodesk. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs logiciels, les responsables produit et d'autres équipes d'assurance qualité (QA) et d'ingénierie logicielle (SET) afin de concevoir et de mettre en place l'automatisation des tests. Vous veillerez à ce que les services cloud puissent être déployés fréquemment avec un minimum d'efforts et un haut niveau de qualité grâce à des tests manuels et automatisés, en mettant l'accent sur l'automatisation des tests. Vous serez en charge de mener des initiatives visant à améliorer la qualité, la stabilité, la fiabilité et la convivialité des livrables logiciels de votre équipe.

Responsabilités

• Collaborer avec les développeurs et les autres analystes QA et SET afin d’établir des processus garantissant la livraison de logiciels backend et d’interface utilisateur de qualité

• Maintenir des normes de qualité élevées pour les produits sur lesquels vous travaillez en concevant et en mettant en œuvre des suites de tests automatisés

• Aider l’équipe à évaluer les risques, la qualité et/ou la stabilité au niveau des stories individuelles, des initiatives, des sprints, des jalons de produit et des services

• Participer à l'estimation des tests et veiller à ce que les tests automatisés soient pris en compte dans la planification ou les critères d'acceptation

• Recevoir les rapports de défauts provenant d'autres sources (clients, support produit, forums), confirmer et suivre les problèmes spécifiques à l'intention de l'équipe de développement

• Rédiger et exécuter des cas de test basés sur le travail réel en production, et créer des scripts pour l'automatisation

• Participer aux réunions Scrum pour la collecte des exigences, la planification des tests, l'exécution et le rapport d'avancement

• Collaborer avec des développeurs expérimentés, en assimilant les meilleures pratiques en matière de développement logiciel

• Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe à la mise en œuvre, au déploiement et à la maintenance des pipelines de tests automatisés au sein des pipelines CI/CD

• Être un membre engagé et actif de l'équipe, apprendre, encadrer, être encadré et contribuer à l'amélioration de l'équipe en participant à des conversations et à des prises de décision respectueuses

Qualifications Minimales

• Licence en informatique ou dans un domaine technique connexe

• Plus de 8 ans d’expérience dans le secteur des logiciels, notamment dans la conception et le développement de suites de tests automatisés pour les services cloud, avec un accent particulier sur la création de tests automatisés de haute qualité utilisés dans les pipelines CI/CD

• Une expérience avec certains des outils suivants est souhaitée : Blazemeter, JMeter, Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber JVM, Postman, Wiremock, Rest Assured, Pact, BurpSuite

• Connaissances en programmation informatique dans des langages tels que Java, C#, Python et/ou JavaScript

• Solides compétences en leadership

• Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes

• Connaissance des approches, des outils et des techniques permettant de reconnaître, d’anticiper et de résoudre les problèmes. Analyse des alternatives, des risques et des avantages

• Souci du détail et solides capacités de réflexion logique

• Flexibilité face à des conditions changeantes et capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front entre différents projets

• Expérience de travail au sein d’une équipe Scrum développant des services cloud

Qualifications Souhaitées

• Expérience de l’utilisation de Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub

• Connaissance des outils et services AWS

• Vif intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et leur adoption rapide

• Capacité à assimiler rapidement de grands systèmes logiciels

• Expérience de l'utilisation d'IDE basés sur l'IA (Cursor, Copilot en mode agent, etc.)

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Principal Software Developer in Test to join the Autodesk AEC Data team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving quality in a team working on a cloud-based product widely used by Autodesk customers. In this role, you will work closely with software developers, product owners, and other QA and SETs to design and build test automation. You will ensure cloud services can be deployed frequently with minimal effort and high quality through manual and automated testing, with a focus on test automation. You will own and drive initiatives related to improving quality, stability, reliability and usability of your team’s software deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and other QA analysts and SETs to establish processes that ensure delivery of quality backend and UI software

• Uphold high quality standards for the products you work on by designing and implementing test automation suites

• Assist team evaluate risk, quality, and/or stability on individual stories, initiatives, sprints, product milestones, and services

• Participate in test estimation and ensure automated testing is accounted for in planning or acceptance criteria

• Receive defect reports from other sources (customers, product support, forums), confirm and track specific issues for use by development

• Write and run test cases based on real production work, and create scripts for automation

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies for requirement gathering, test planning, execution, and progress reporting

• Partner with experienced developers, absorbing best practices in software development

• Collaborate with other team members on the implementation, deployment and maintenance of the Automation Testing pipelines within CI/CD pipelines

• Be an engaged and active member of the team, learn, mentor, be mentored and contribute to the improvement of the team by engaging in respectful conversations and decision makings

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field

• 8+ years of experience in software industry including design and development of test automation suites for cloud services with focus on building high quality test automation used in CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with some of the following tools is desired: Blazemeter, JMeter, Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber JVM, Postman, Wiremock, Rest Assured, Pact, BurpSuite

• Knowledge of computer programming in languages such as Java, C#, Python, and/or JavaScript

• Strong leadership skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving problems. Analyzing alternatives, risks, and benefits

• Detail-oriented and strong logical thinking skills

• Flexibility under changing conditions and ability to multi-task between projects

• Experience of working on a scrum team developing cloud services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub

• Familiarity with AWS tools and services

• Keen interest in new technologies and their timely adoption

• Ability to learn large software systems quickly

• Experience using AI powered IDEs (Cursor, Copilot agent mode, etc.)
