What will you do?
Data Governance & Analytics
- Drive next-gen S/4 data strategy for governance, integrity and data quality improvement
- Establish future state business requirements and subject matter expertise for data relevancy, cleansing and mapping
- Partner with the business and system integrator to plan the detailed data conversion project plan
- Gather and integrate large volumes of data, perform analysis, interpret results and develop actionable insights and recommendations
- Presents data and analysis in a clear concise manner allowing audience to quickly understand the results and activate upon them to make data drive decisions
- Cross-functional team alignment for data volume, field mappings, defect resolution
- Convert the business requirements into functional specifications
- Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Provide status updates, log, and escalate risks/issues/decisions, participate in program governance
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload in a high-volume environment
- Operate with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
- Additional duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in a related field (concentration in Business Analytics, Finance, or related field)
- 3+ years of SAP experience as a business analyst
- Understanding of leading practices for data governance processes, shared services structures, and data quality management
- Data profiling and cleansing approach expertise
- Effective communicator and collaborator with strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to data quality, with the ability to troubleshoot inconsistencies and ensure accuracy
Nice to have:
- Working experience with ETL tools such as SAP BODS, LSMW, LTMC, etc.
- Design and leadership of mock loads and data validation cycles
- Experience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules
- Team leads expertise - stream planning, status reporting, managing governance, managing the team against the plan, escalating risks/issues/decisions/changes, and budget management
