JOB DESCRIPTION- The Product Coordinator - MarTech Platforms & Governance plays a critical role in supporting the operational scale and governance of the organization's multi-tenant MarTech ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing intake processes, coordinating user access and recertification, and enforcing platform governance across a suite of MarTech solutions, including Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Partnering closely with Product Management leadership, Solutions Architecture, and the Director of MarTech Strategy & Operations, this role drives consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency across internal and external stakeholders.
- Own and manage centralized intake process for MarTech requests.
- Serve as the central coordination point for MarTech intake and issue escalations.
- Track and report on intake SLAs, request status, and prioritization outcomes.
- Coordinate user access requests across MarTech platforms.
- Support quarterly user access recertification processes.
- Maintain governance logs and platform standards.
- Coordinate governance forums and triage meetings.
- Document decisions and maintain repositories.
- Track platform adoption, usage trends, and open issues.
- Assist with UAT coordination, release tracking, and communication.
- 4-6 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or MarTech support role.
- Experience with enterprise marketing technology platforms.
- Strong organizational and process management skills.
- Experience managing intake systems and workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Workfront, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe platforms such as AEP, AJO, CJA, AEM, and Workfront.
- Experience supporting governance or access management processes.
- Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or Workfront.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale governance environments.
- Exposure to digital marketing or customer journey management.
- Experience supporting issue escalation workflows.
- Familiarity with user access controls and audit processes.
- Maintains high accuracy and consistency.
