What you’ll doWe are looking for a Product Designer to join our Support Experiences team. In this role, you will create user-centered design solutions for our customer support tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the support experience for both customers and agents. Responsibilities- Brainstorm and develop creative design concepts for products.
- Design user interfaces, create high-fidelity designs, and conduct usability testing to ensure the product is user-friendly.
- Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring designs to life.
- Effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Identify and solve design problems, ensuring the product aligns with the business goals.

Minimum requirements- 5+ years of experience in product design.
- Strong understanding of UI and UX principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing your design expertise and projects.
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Experience in designing conversational interfaces and AI agents.
- Strong (informed) point of view on how data-heavy web products should be built and composed.
- Familiarity with frontend development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
