We are seeking a Manager, Product Development (IC) to help define and execute the strategy for our Business Identity product portfolio. This role combines product strategy, technical product management, and cross-functional leadership to deliver data-driven identity solutions used by financial institutions, merchants, fintechs, and enterprise customers around the world.
You'll work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercialization, and Customer teams to identify market opportunities, define product requirements, prioritize roadmap investments, and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
The Role
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, build, go-to-market planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement based on customer feedback and data-driven insights• Own and define technical product requirements including API specifications, data requirements, and user experience considerations, ensuring alignment with the overall Business Identity product strategy• Lead cross-functional execution across data strategy, engineering, data science, legal, and commercialization and other partner teams to deliver against the product roadmap• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and ensure Business Identity offerings remain differentiated and aligned with Mastercard's digital trust vision• Participate in agile delivery and execution planning, continuously optimize product priorities, delivery process, and outcomes

• Experience managing technical products such as APIs, data platforms, analytics products, machine learning solutions, or software platforms.• Proven ability to partner and influence cross functional stakeholders, including engineering, data science, and GTM teams.• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business, technical, and data challenges into clear product decisions.• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility, build strong relationships, and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.• Comfort with and an ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.• Working knowledge of digital identity, payments, fraud, risk, and security landscape is a strong advantage.• Ability to travel up to 15%
