We are an innovative global healthcare company, driven by one purpose: we work passionately every day to transform the practice of medicine by bringing life-changing treatments and life-enhancing support to people worldwide. As Product Line Manager, Digital M&S AI Solutions, you will lead the development and delivery of impactful data and AI products that support Sanofi’s global Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) network. You will manage a portfolio of AI-enabled solutions, guiding cross-functional teams to build scalable, compliant, and user-centric products that drive operational excellence. You will play a key role in Sanofi’s digital transformation, helping deliver data and AI systems, automate processes, and unlock the value of data across the M&S value chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a growth mindset and collaborative culture.

  • Lead product discovery and development from concept to delivery.

  • Manage multiple product pods, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure value realization.

  • Evaluate build vs. buy options and explore market solutions.

  • Champion user experience and ensure continuous feedback integration.

  • Ensure compliance with Sanofi’s architecture, regulatory, and cybersecurity standards.

  • Communicate product updates and decisions clearly to leadership.

  • Track and report on product performance and business impact.

About You

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management including  portfolio of products, with a focus on Data and AI solutions

  • Experience leading, coaching, and managing direct reports required.

  • Proven to be a real product person with demonstrated experience in building and releasing software products

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, AI/ML technologies, and web frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.

  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Prior hands-on experience in software development or data science is a plus.

  • Domain expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain is an asset.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred

The salary range for this position is:

$144,100.00 - $208,166.66

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefits programs, and additional benefits information can be found through the (CA)LINKOR (US) LINK.
