LOCATION: Remote anywhere in Canada

We're Proof, a rapidly growing startup revolutionizing legal tech.
Each month, thousands of law firms use our platform to manage service of process nationwide, with over a million legal documents processed to date. As we scale toward $100M+ ARR, we're seeking a Product Manager to lead our platform team – the tech foundation that powers our core services including Billing, Mailing, User Permissions, and our exciting expansion into eFiling.
This role puts you at the center of our most critical systems – you'll own the billing infrastructure that powers our revenue, architect how we scale across multiple product lines, and build comprehensive invoicing solutions that support our diverse billing models. As we expand into eFiling as our second major service line, you'll be part of the team that is designing the foundation for our multi-product future.

Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you'll tackle high-impact challenges that serve our largest enterprise customers while enabling our entire platform to scale efficiently.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and evolve our mission-critical billing systems and revenue infrastructure
  • Drive our expansion into eFiling as our second major service line
  • Partner with engineering to build robust API solutions for enterprise customers
  • Balance technical debt with innovation to support company growth
  • Own and improve core platform metrics and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value across the organization

What we’ll expect you to know on day one:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience
  • Strong technical background with experience building API products
  • Experience working on enterprise-scale solutions and complex systemsAbility to translate sophisticated customer requirements into actionable product specs
  • Data-driven approach to decision making and prioritization
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams
  • Understanding of how technology enables operational scale

Great to have, but not required:

  • Experience with legal tech or SaaS platforms
  • Background in billing systems, payment processing, or financial tech
  • Knowledge of workflow automation or operational systems
  • Experience with marketplace or two-sided platforms
  • Track record building products with high transaction volumes

Compensation:

  • 135,000 - 185,000 CAD based on experience and location. Must be located in Canada
