Product Manager - Checkout

The Role
As a Product Manager on the Cash App Commerce team, you will help design and shape future commerce experiences on Cash App. The Checkout team is responsible for the end to end customer experience for our BNPL and Cash App Pay products, including the checkout funnel and post-purchase journey. You will be responsible for growing and expanding our Pay Monthly product, as well as other new ways to pay for both Cash App and Afterpay customers.
You Will

• Partner with design and engineering to build a simple and delightful UX.
• Partner with the ML team to maximize access to credit within risk loss constraints.
• Partner with legal and compliance to keep us in good standing with our regulators.
• Partner with other product teams to weave Pay Over Time into the broader Cash App ecosystem.
• Drive cross functional and executive alignment around a vision and roadmap.

You Have

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering successful, innovative products.
• Strong analytical abilities - ideally you've worked on ML or data-heavy products in the past, and are excellent at using data to make strategic decisions.
• Strong product sense - you care deeply about design details and have great taste in design.
• A driver's mindset - you are biased toward action with no task too big or small.
• A high quality bar - for the product, yourself, and the people you work with.
• Customer obsession - you want to deeply understand our customers and make something great for them.
• Highly preferred: Experience working in a high growth consumer business, whether FinTech or other
  Experience leading and working with geographically dispersed teams

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
