We’re looking for a Product Manager II to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team within Datagrid, our flagship Agentic AI product. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in the "Agentic Era" for a trillion-dollar industry, architecting the intelligent engine that transforms fragmented construction data into autonomous, mission-critical decisions. Your primary goal is to empower users to build and deploy powerful agents that perform real work—not just answer questions—directly impacting how the physical world is built.
As a Product Manager II, you’ll partner with world-class Engineering and Design teams within Datagrid to ship AI solutions that move the needle on global construction productivity. Use your expertise in LLMs, platform thinking, and customer discovery to build an intuitive, robust ecosystem where agents solve the industry’s most complex challenges. You aren’t just building a feature; you are defining the foundational components of AI-driven construction. Join us and build the future of the physical world.
This position reports to Datagrid’s Principal Product Manager, and will be based in our San Francisco, CA office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Define the product vision and roadmap for the Agent Studio, ensuring construction professionals can intuitively build agents that perform complex, real-world tasks.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the Agent Marketplace and library of "Actions," enabling agents to interact seamlessly with the Procore platform.
Partner with Engineering and Design to architect a robust, scalable configuration experience that balances technical power with ease of use for non-technical users.
Collaborate across Datagrid to ensure Agent Studio acts as the primary vehicle for unlocking the value of construction data at scale.
Identify and prioritize "Agentic" workflows by engaging deeply with customers to understand their most painful manual bottlenecks.
Drive the strategy for Agent Management and Governance, ensuring that as customers scale their agent usage, they do so with confidence in reliability and quality.
Analyze product performance using qualitative and quantitative insights to optimize the activation rate and long-term retention of AI-driven tools.
Evangelize the "Agentic Era" internally and externally, acting as a subject matter expert on how LLMs and autonomous agents can revolutionize construction.
What we’re looking for:
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or comparable work experience.
3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise-class software environments.
Deep technical understanding of LLMs and Agentic AI workflows is strongly preferred; you should be comfortable "getting into the weeds" of AI architecture.
Proven "Platform Thinking" mindset, with experience building ecosystems, marketplaces, or foundational components that support multiple use cases.
Exceptional ability to distill abstract, technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements that drive engineering consensus.
Strong track record of customer-centric discovery, with the ability to translate complex industry workflows into simple, elegant product experiences.
Experience in Construction Tech or adjacent fields is a significant plus, but a passion for solving the industry's unique challenges is required.
A results-oriented mindset with a bias for action and a proven ability to ship high-impact products in a fast-paced environment.
