About the Role
The Product Manager, Financial Services role is the launch point for a successful career as a founder/executive leader in hyper growth agentic platform tech and for Boon's venture into payments. In this role, you will own the strategy, development, and launch of our real-time driver payment system. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and customers and vendor compliance, finance, payroll, driver teams to ensure a smooth, secure, and scalable payment experience. You will also work on creative distribution channels for wide adoption of the product. Your goal is to launch a new revenue stream product for Boon and to help drivers get paid faster. You will work closely with leadership, influence the product and work with the great talent from companies like Samsara, Doordash, Square among others.

Minimum requirements for the role:

3+ years experience in product, technical, early stage start up or top-tier management consulting firm

Strong operational and business understanding, with an ability to grasp technical concepts & establish credibility with engineers, customers and investors.

A proven track-record of delivering outstanding results for customers & the business, managing significant complexity and bold timelines.

You also have a bias-to-action and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.

Demonstrated experience setting strategy for complex areas, and using analytics/data to measure progress toward goals and make investment choices.

Excellent communication skills.
Compensation
At Boon, we want to attract and retain the best employees and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the above mentioned factors, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. A Boon employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company.
