About Proof

We're Proof, a legal tech company in one of the fastest-moving spaces for technology right now. Each month, thousands of law firms rely on us to manage legal document delivery at scale. As we grow toward $100M+ ARR, we're building the platform capabilities that power our largest customers and expanding into new product lines.

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to lead our platform team, responsible for how our largest customers get work into Proof and how we scale to support them. This includes data transformation, workflow automation, and the integrations that connect enterprise law firms to our platform.

Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you'll own the product surface that serves some of our largest and most strategic accounts. This is a role with real scope: you'll be at the center of both operations and GTM decision-making, with direct exposure to customers and leadership. If you want ownership over outcomes that matter, not just building features, this is it.

You'll own:

  • New services expansion: Owning the roadmap for services like court filing and mailing, partnering with go-to-market to bring firms onto these offerings and scale them across markets.
  • Enterprise integrations: Building the systems (data exchange, real-time updates and workflow automation) that let large law firms connect their workflows to Proof. This is a space we expect to grow significantly.
  • Core platform: Billing infrastructure, permissions, and the foundational systems the rest of the company builds on.

What you'll do

  • Sit at the center of operations and go-to-market as you figure out how to scale our largest accounts
  • Work directly with customers and key stakeholders to understand complex workflows and translate them into product
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to design systems that bridge different technical environments
  • Navigate sophisticated billing scenarios across multiple states and pricing models
  • Balance new capabilities with the reliability of mission-critical systems

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of product management experience
  • Technical comfort; you can discuss API design, data flows, and system architecture with engineers
  • Systems thinking; you can reason about how pieces fit together and design for scale
  • Experience with integration-heavy products or platforms
  • Familiarity with bulk data processing, file-based workflows, or electronic data exchange
  • Comfort with messy data and ambiguous problems; you can work through complexity without perfect inputs
  • Ability to translate complex customer requirements into clear product specs
  • Strong communication across technical and business teams

Nice to have

  • SQL or other data skills
  • Experience using AI tools to prototype or accelerate workflows
  • Legal tech or marketplace experience
  • Background in billing, payments, or financial operations
  • Experience with low-code/no-code tools

Benefits:

  • Full-time, salary position
  • Fully remote role, based in Canada
  • Flexible time off and holidays
  • Equipment provided
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, and disability insurance

Compensation:

  • 135,000 - 185,000 CAD based on experience and location. Must be located in Canada
  • Eligible to participate in company bonus plan
