About the opportunity 

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to spearhead the delivery of a new, innovative platform for Tucows Domains. This is a unique chance to help shape the vision and execution of a world-class platform that will drive growth across our global reseller ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
  • Define, articulate, and own product requirements and contribute to the vision and roadmap for the new platform.
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team including engineering, design, marketing, and support, through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Engage regularly with internal stakeholders and Reseller partners to gather feedback and align product features with market needs.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product direction and positioning.
  • Translate product ideas into clear, actionable requirements/stories for technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Measure and report on product performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, platform, or internet infrastructure domains.
  • Experience building platforms or solutions for B2B or wholesale markets is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, technical products to market.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
Nice to have:
  • Strong understanding of domain registration, DNS, internet infrastructure, and related industries.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian suite including Jira and Confluence.

​​The base salary range for this position is $93,780 to $104,200. Range shown in $CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
