We Are In Search Of...


A skilled Product Manager (Strategy) to strengthen our market intelligence, competitive positioning and go-to-market precision across the entire Senstar portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Product Management & Marketing, you will convert data into decisions, craft sharp narratives for Sales, and equip product teams with the insight needed to win.

Remote: open to candidates anywhere in North America or Europe with periodic travel to key offices and trade shows.


What you will do...


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Market Analysis: Map TAM/SAM/SOM, segment trends, regulatory shifts and emerging tech that affect security & video. Identify use-cases and pain points, specifically in focus verticals.

Competitive Intelligence: Build a living battlefield view - feature matrices, SWOT, pricing curves, teardown reports.

Strategic Roadmapping: Translate insights into clear opportunities, gap analyses and long-range product themes.

Pricing Analysis: Evaluate pricing models and identify ways to improve sales using different pricing strategies.

Analyst Relations: Manage relationships with industry analysts, standards bodies and key thought leaders.

Sales Enablement Assets: Produce battle cards, pitch decks, white papers, ROI calculators and benchmark reports..

Go-to-Market Support: Partner with other Product Managers and Marketing on launches, positioning and messaging.

Trend Monitoring: Track deals, funding, M&A and patent activity; brief leadership with concise “so-what” summaries.

Process Optimization: Establish repeatable frameworks for idea intake, prioritization scoring and post-mortems.


What you bring…


  • 5+ yrs in product strategy, competitive intelligence or market research within security, IoT or Cloud.
  • Demonstrated talent for turning raw data into crisp recommendations and executive-ready visuals.
  • Familiarity with Physical Security, PIDS, CCTV, video analytics or related domains highly desirable.
  • Skilled in market-sizing models, pricing analysis, and customer/partner interviews.
  • Proficiency with tools: Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, market-intel platforms (Omdia, Gartner, Frost), as well as emerging GenAI tools. 
  • Experience crafting sales collateral and training frontline teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive storyteller who loves data.
  • Self-starter comfortable working across time zones; able to juggle multiple deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or similar; MBA a bonus.
  • Located in North America or Europe with ability to travel 10–15%.
