We are recruiting a product manager to own a significant portion of our unified communications and ecosystem strategy, including integrations and experiences across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and related collaboration platforms. In this highly collaborative role, you will identify market opportunities, define product strategy and drive commercialization initiatives that strengthen Nureva's position within modern meeting room ecosystems.


You will work closely with customers, partners, development teams, marketing, sales and executive leadership to define and deliver solutions that create meaningful customer value. In addition, you will serve as Product Owner for software development teams supporting these initiatives, ensuring ideas are translated into well-defined features and delivered successfully.


You are a strategic thinker who enjoys understanding customer needs, identifying market opportunities and bringing innovative products to market. You are comfortable working across technical and business functions, building alignment among stakeholders and helping teams focus on delivering meaningful outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are energized by the challenge of shaping products that make a difference for customers.

You will:

  • Define and own the roadmap for key Unified Communications and ecosystem initiatives
  • Develop a deep understanding of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and adjacent collaboration technologies
  • Identify market opportunities through customer research, competitive analysis and industry engagement
  • Create and maintain product initiatives aligned with Nureva's strategic objectives
  • Evaluate trends in meeting room technology, AI-powered collaboration, device management and workplace solutions
  • Work with strategic partners to identify opportunities for integration and differentiation
  • Develop business cases and gain organizational alignment for new product investments
  • Define target markets, positioning, messaging and value propositions
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Channel teams to support go-to-market activities
  • Act as Product Owner for assigned software development teams
  • Shape features, prioritize development work and ensure requirements are clear before development begins
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, risks and progress to stakeholders across the organization

You bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership or related roles
  • Experience bringing software or technology products from concept through commercialization
  • Strong customer discovery, requirements definition and roadmap management skills
  • Experience working with Agile product development teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience within the AV, unified communications, collaboration, conferencing or workplace technology industries
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet, Android-based meeting systems or related ecosystems
  • Experience working with device integrations, APIs, certifications or partner ecosystems
  • Understanding of meeting room technologies, audio/video systems, device management and enterprise collaboration solutions
  • Familiarity with Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps or similar planning tools
  • Technical background in software, networking, AV or related disciplines
