Product Manager

Location: Canada Remote - East Coast Hours

Urbint uses AI and the latest industry science to identify threats to workers and infrastructure to stop safety incidents before they happen. Job Summary

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to build and launch high-quality AI-powered software that delivers exceptional value to Urbint and our customers. By conducting thorough research and analysis, you will identify and address unmet customer needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the development of the product strategy and vision, aligning with company goals.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product area roadmap and backlog, maximizing value for customers and Urbint.
  • Collaborate with customer success and implementation teams to ensure successful adoption of new features and products.
  • Conduct experiments and validation initiatives to optimize product performance and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering & design to create the best solutions for our customer opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges. This role will require some travel.
  • Analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and measuring the success of releases & experiments.
  • Launch new functionality with a strong release process in partnership with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to maintain Urbint's competitive edge.

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management with agile cross-functional teams
  • A proven track record of delivering successful products or product features.
  • Strong skills in prioritization, data-driven decision-making, and project management.
  • Able to understand architectural and schedule tradeoffs and opportunities arising from emerging technology
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for solving real-world problems.
  • The ability to translate diverse customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and experience leading product teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
