Equifax's USIS Core Risk Product team is looking for a Product Manager who is experienced in working with risk products in the following markets:  midsize financial institutions and the surrounding ecosystems that support them.  

This Product Manager will be skilled at establishing customer needs, creating customer segments, building product roadmaps, and managing the performance of a product portfolio.

This role requires being in either our Atlanta or Alpharetta, Georgia office 3 days/week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.

What you’ll do

  • Effectively segment customer groups and other verticals based on customers needs

  • Effectively map products across customer segments in a given industry

  • Execute the customer discovery process, effectively identifying customer and industry needs

  • Manage the customer product journey across an assigned customer group

  • Propose solutions to address gaps and address new opportunities in the customer product journey

  • Create customer value through product transitions

  • Manage the Core Risk Product roadmap for an assigned customer segment

  • Manage revenue expectations across the assigned product line 

  • Work closely with product managers, tech leaders ,data scientists and other leaders to drive and measure customer journey outcomes

What experience you need  

  • BS or MS degree in Business Administration or Systems Engineering

  • 7+ years experience working in SaaS product management, or similar field

  • 5+ years experience in B2B2B or B2B2C product management in any role or capacity

  • 5+  years experience in managing data assets and application of that data through product consumption by end customers

What could set you apart

  • Direct experience managing Risk or Underwriting products

  • Experience in working at a financial institution or as a direct user of risk based products
