We’re looking for a Product Manager to play a key role in shaping and enhancing our HCM (Human Capital Management) platform. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams to deliver products and features that meet the evolving needs of our global clients.
You’ll own product execution from idea through delivery, bring a customer-centric mindset to everything you do, and help us build scalable, impactful HR tech solutions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with fellow product managers to drive all phases of the product lifecycle: discovery, market research, competitive analysis, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and launch.
- Translate product strategy into detailed, actionable requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
- Contribute to product documentation, including business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and expected ROI.
- Ensure each release aligns with both customer needs and company goals.
- Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and external customers to inform feature prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Act as a bridge between engineering and internal and external stakeholders to align product features with market needs.
- Work closely with engineering, QA, design, marketing, and sales teams to plan, build, and launch features successfully.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with QA to define testing strategies and ensure a high-quality release.
- Stay up to date on HR tech trends, customer pain points, and the competitive landscape.
- Leverage industry knowledge and customer insights to maintain a forward-thinking product roadmap.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for project plans, timelines, feature requirements, and product status updates.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to share progress, updates, and learnings.
- Develop external content on features and functions to be consumed by users.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related role within a technology or SaaS company.
- Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle and deliver impactful B2B solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, effective at working across engineering, design, and business teams.
- Comfortable translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Experience working in Agile environments with hands-on involvement in sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Customer-first mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is always learning.
- Experience in HCM, FinTech, or enterprise software is strongly preferred.
Why Join Us:
- Be part of a vibrant, innovative team at a rapidly growing startup.
- Work on cutting-edge technology that impacts businesses globally.
- Enjoy a flexible, remote-friendly work environment.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
