As the Digitalization Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of our organization. Your primary focus will be on governing our Customer engineering digital portfolio, making strategic investment decisions, and prioritizing projects to maximize value. Responsibilities
  • Govern digital portfolio and investment decisions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Prioritize projects and allocate funding to maximize value and return on investment.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including demand intake, development, and retirement.
  • Implement effective change management strategies for digital transformations.
  • Provide product support and expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and performance management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to inform digital strategy.
  • Lead training and rollout initiatives for new digital solutions and processes.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making and analyze performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and prioritizing tasks.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with additional language skills being an asset.
