As the Digitalization Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of our organization. Your primary focus will be on governing our Customer engineering digital portfolio, making strategic investment decisions, and prioritizing projects to maximize value. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure efficient funding governance and manage the product lifecycle from inception to retirement. - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in managing complex projects and prioritizing tasks.
- Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with additional language skills being an asset.
