This Product Manager role focuses on implementation activities. A successful candidate has strong Business Analyst and Product Manager experience to lead end-to-end implementation initiatives. In this role, you will own the playbook for assigned implementations, driving on-time delivery by partnering closely with task owners and cross-functional teams. You will provide regular status reporting, proactively escalate issues, and support gap/exception reviews to keep programs moving efficiently. This role coordinates across stakeholders to ensure successful product initiatives, aligning plans, timelines, and readiness criteria to achieve measurable outcomes.

You will track and report product alignment and implementation activities, ensuring deadlines are met while enabling clear, consistent communication to sponsors, advisors, TPAs, participants, and internal teams. Collaborating with SMEs and training partners, you will provide guidance and support for client needs. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a disciplined approach to program execution and analytical rigor to translate requirements into actionable plans. Requirements include 5+ years in business/project management (SAFe PM/PO preferred) and proven product development experience in financial services.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional core teams in product development initiatives, ensuring that projects are implemented according to plan and that any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

  • Drive projects to completion; help the business make key decisions in a timely manner; seek consensus.

  • Work with functional partners to synthesize feedback from the field and prioritize the product development queue.

  • Evaluate industry trends, regulatory changes and competitive environment.

  • Partner with finance and underwriting to ensure profitable product model.

  • Support relationships with external vendors, and key business partners, while ensuring needs are aligned to business objectives.

  • Develop a leadership presence within the organization.

  • Assist and participate in presentations to various stakeholders and audiences as necessary (client presentations, department presentations, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-10 years of specific business experience.

  • In-depth knowledge/experience of product development and management within the financial services business.

  • Proven product development experience and results.

  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, influencing and relationship-building skills.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including a developed ability to present to audiences of varying backgrounds and expertise.

  • Proven project and people management experience.

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet key deadlines.

  • Strategic thinker with good judgment and strong understanding of process.

  • Interpretative and conceptual skills

Salary range is expected to be between

$92,475.00 USD - $160,290.00 USD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
