Who we are → About Matter Labs
At Matter Labs, we believe freedom drives progress and prosperity. Our mission is to advance freedom for all — through mass adoption of crypto.
To make that real, we’re building ZKsync, a verifiable blockchain network secured by zero‑knowledge proofs. Backed by over $250 million in funding from some of the world’s smartest investors , we move fast, ship often, and judge ourselves by the results we create.More than 20 teams already run or are building custom ZKsync chains on our network, from crypto leaders like Crypto.com, Abstract, and Lens, to global brands such as Deutsche Bank and Xsolla.

About the Role

We are hiring a Product Marketing Lead – Institutional & Enterprise who will define how ZKsync’s technology is positioned, understood, and adopted by banks, fintechs, asset managers, corporates, and regulated market participants.

You will build the narratives, GTM strategies, and industry-focused product marketing programs that help traditional finance and enterprise stakeholders understand the value, feasibility, and business impact of zero-knowledge technology.

This role is ideal for someone who can translate advanced blockchain concepts into compelling, commercially relevant stories for executives, technical teams, and product buyers across the institutional ecosystem.

What You’ll DoPositioning & Messaging
  • Build tailored narratives that communicate ZKsync’s value for enterprise and institutional use cases—including tokenization, settlements, compliance tooling, privacy solutions, and scalable infrastructure deployment.

  • Translate technical product capabilities into business outcomes meaningful to regulated financial institutions and large enterprises.

GTM & Launch Strategy
  • Own GTM and launch planning for enterprise-focused products, integrations, and features.

  • Partner with product, BD, compliance, and engineering teams to bring institutional solutions to market clearly, responsibly, and competitively.

Market Intelligence
  • Conduct deep market research on the institutional blockchain landscape—tokenization trends, L2 adoption, regulatory movement, competing architectures, and enterprise needs.

  • Map buyer personas, decision-making processes, procurement barriers, and pain points in TradFi and enterprise environments.

Content & Enablement
  • Create high-quality materials for enterprise audiences:

    • executive briefs

    • solution one-pagers

    • pitch decks

    • institutional case studies

    • whitepapers and product overviews

    • market analyses for BD and ecosystem partners

  • Build frameworks and messaging that support sales, partnership teams, and enterprise solution engineers.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with financial institutions, enterprise prospects, and ecosystem partners to design messaging that resonates with non-crypto-native stakeholders.

  • Support participation in industry events, regulatory discussions, and enterprise-focused activations.

Measurement & Optimization
  • Define KPIs for institutional adoption and campaign performance.

  • Use analytics and feedback loops to refine messaging and prioritize product-market fit for enterprise and TradFi segments.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in product marketing, enterprise marketing, or solution marketing, ideally within fintech, blockchain infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, or financial technology.

  • Strong understanding of financial institutions, enterprise buyer behavior, and multi-stakeholder product adoption cycles.

  • Ability to articulate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical executives and regulated industry audiences.

  • Experience collaborating with product, sales, BD, and engineering teams in complex environments.

  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives for high-stakes audiences (C-suite, regulators, enterprise product teams).

Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing to banks, payment providers, exchanges, custodians, asset managers, or financial market infrastructure players.

  • Understanding of zero-knowledge proofs, rollups, tokenization, or blockchain scalability.

  • Prior work launching B2B or enterprise-grade blockchain products.

  • Experience in global markets or regulated jurisdictions.

Work model & pay

  • Remote‑first: work wherever you’re most effective; optional travel to team or industry events. Ideally East Coast or European time zone.

  • Freedom & ownership culture: no time tracking, minimum bureaucracy—only results matter.

For more on how we work, check out our Team Handbook.

Benefits snapshot

  • Competitive compensation, equity, and token package

  • Premium health, dental, and vision coverage

  • 16 weeks paid parental leave

  • Flexible paid time off plus company‑wide closure weeks

  • $2 000 equipment stipend & $300 monthly co‑working allowance
