The TAC Product Marketing team is a dynamic, driven, fast-paced and highly engaged group. Together, the team is responsible for delivering best-in-class product marketing including the development of value propositions, sales content and collateral, leading new product introductions and feature launches, as well as equipping our sellers with the right knowledge to sell. 

We are the focal point for driving the business’ organic growth strategy and work closely with cross functional partners across our sales, product, engineering and customer experience teams. 

In this exciting role, you will own product marketing for multiple Consumer Goods software solutions. You will be responsible for understanding the market landscape of our products, working cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies, clearly articulating our unique value propositions, and overseeing creation of sales materials and customer presentations.  

Here's how:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for our consumer goods software products and services, including market analysis, positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to articulate product roadmaps, features, and define pricing strategies
  • Partner with Product Management to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and differentiated messaging that resonates with enterprise decision-makers
  • Develop and execute product launch plans, including creating comprehensive marketing materials, sales enablement tools, and training programs for internal stakeholders
  • Create battlecards, toolkits and other materials for sales and internal teams to foster broad understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, their pain points, and their buying behaviors
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our consumer goods products in the market
  • Create customer facing marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product presentations, case studies and pitch decks
  • Collaborate with the customer marketing team to ensure product positioning is instilled throughout lead generation campaigns and conversion strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure success of product marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the consumer goods space 

What you bring to this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of SaaS product marketing experience, or 5+ years of CPG / foodservice marketing experience
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and positioning complex software products in competitive markets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to create compelling content for various stakeholders in the buying process
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Google suite of tools)
