Your responsibilities

We are looking for a strategic and driven Product Marketing Manager – Services to lead the marketing efforts for our service offerings across key industries. In this role, you will be responsible for positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive growth and adoption of our service portfolio. You will collaborate closely with product management, sales, service, and other marketing functions to create compelling narratives that resonate with our customers and highlight the value of our services throughout their lifecycle.

  • Develop and own the marketing strategy for service offerings across multiple verticals, including Airports, Warehousing, and Distribution.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and market intelligence teams to develop a deep understanding of our solutions, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Craft clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions that articulate the benefits of our services to various customer personas.
  • Build sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and ROI tools to support the commercial teams.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) launches for new service offerings and enhancements in close collaboration with product and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with other marketing functions to produce engaging content for multiple platforms (white papers, case studies, website, blogs, brochures, webinars, proposals, etc.)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B services
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex propositions into compelling customer-centric narratives.
  • Experience supporting sales and field teams with effective enablement and tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
