About AlayaCare

At AlayaCare, we’re more than just a fast-growing SaaS company, we’re a team of people passionate about transforming home healthcare. Our cloud-based platform empowers care providers around the world to deliver better outcomes for their clients.

With 600+ employees across Canada, the US, Australia, and Brazil, we’re united by a shared mission and a strong culture of transparency, growth, and human connection. Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned expert, AlayaCare offers the opportunity to grow your impact, your skills, and your career.

About the Role

At AlayaCare, we believe technology can transform how care is delivered, and how people age and heal at home. As Product Marketing Manager, US Home Care, you'll lead product marketing strategy and execution for our US Home Care business, turning product capabilities, market insight, and customer feedback into positioning, go-to-market plans, and enablement that our teams can actually put to use.

You'll be the driving force behind our Tri-Annual Release process, partnering closely with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Education, and Sales to make sure every release lands with impact. You'll also build a repeatable internal enablement program so colleagues always know what's changing, why it matters, who it's for, and how to talk about it with confidence.

What You'll Do
  • Own the Tri-Annual release process end-to-end, from planning and readiness through communications, enablement, activation, and follow-up, while setting clear success criteria and rallying stakeholders around measurable US go-to-market results.
  • Shape the story: develop compelling value propositions, narratives, pitches, and competitive differentiation, and build the US Home Care buyer journey to support our Land and Expand motion.
  • Build and continuously improve our internal enablement program, creating frameworks and assets (learning paths, launch toolkits, talk tracks, demos, FAQs, objection handling, and competitive guidance) that help colleagues sell and support with confidence.
  • Establish consistent, repeatable processes alongside our US Market Product Marketing Managers, and measure what matters: awareness, confidence, adoption, and commercial impact.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Experience, and Education to drive feature adoption and retention, and own our US buyer personas and competitive research so the whole team stays sharp on the market.
  • Contribute to US Home Care thought leadership and market-facing content, refine pricing and packaging alongside the Principal Product Marketing Manager, and manage incoming content requests.
  • Use AI thoughtfully and responsibly, in line with AlayaCare's privacy, security, and fairness standards, owning the outcomes of AI-supported work and sharing what you learn with the team.
What You'll Bring
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in Product Marketing, Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related field, along with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience driving enterprise SaaS go-to-market strategy; broader SaaS experience is a strong asset.
  • 3 to 4+ years in healthcare or home care is an asset, ideally with an understanding of payors and business lines.
  • Strong analytical and metrics-driven instincts, paired with excellent project management, organizational, communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Roadmunk, Looker, Amplitude, Asana, or Crayon is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of AI, with the ability to apply AI tools to enhance day-to-day work.
