You’ll work cross-functionally – especially with our marketing, sales, and web teams – to ensure our go-to-market efforts are both deeply relevant and meaningfully differentiated. This is a strategic role ideal for a product marketer who thrives on crafting memorable narratives. You’ll also act as a bridge between teams to effectively communicate market insights and enable integrated campaigns that target our top personas.

What you’ll be working on

  • Act as a subject matter expert on our top personas to drive successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and key differentiation opportunities by segment.
  • Develop and own segment-specific messaging for top verticals like HR, CX, and marketing.
  • Support the sales cycle by creating enablement materials such as toolkits, pitch decks, customer-focused narratives, battle cards, FAQs, and best practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to produce compelling customer-facing content, including demo videos and webpages, to highlight the benefits of our solutions.
  • Partner with the product team to influence feature development and to ensure we're delivering a personalized experience for our top segments.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 5+ years in product marketing or related roles, with experience supporting SaaS products.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—you can craft memorable messaging and positioning frameworks, plus drive internal adoption.
  • A proven track record of supporting campaigns, with expertise in creating content for targeted customer segments in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.
  • Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative research to uncover customer insights and shape product positioning.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across levels of the organization and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities, communication and public speaking skills, and strong project management experience with a keen attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Prior experience with HR, CX, or marketing personas

SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution in problem-solving and decision-making. As such, you will be required to work from a SurveyMonkey office up to 1 day per week.
