Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test scenarios for monthly product releases.
- Conduct sanity and regression testing, assessing impacts from partner app changes.
- Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and communicate testing progress.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards; document and resolve defects.
- Suggest improvements to testing processes and stay updated with industry trends.
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in functional testing.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies; experience with test management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Zeal to succeed and willingness to go the extra yard for deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience in Lending is preferred.
- Knowledge of Loan systems like Loan IQ and ACBS is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
