Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Post secondary education in business related programs a strong asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Proficient in the following computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and CAQ (Document Control System)
• Understanding of Database software
• Experienced and knowledgeable of IATF requirements.
• Good organization skill

DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
(Optional) - Preferred but not required

• IATF internal auditor
• Automotive manufacturing experience

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all controlled documents are handled as per established procedures
• Audit and distribute APQP documents to production (MED, SWP, PI)
• Make binders for all processes
• Responsible for making labels for the production team (5's, MAFACT, Stop Labels, Greenx)
• Process audits and help production with office supplies
• Archive quality records as per related procedures
• Work closely with Quality and Eng on timely release of shop floor work procedures
• Performs all job functions in alignment with IATF 16949 quality management standards and ISO 14001
• Actively participates in continuous improvement
• Maintain 5S standards in working environment
• Attend training based on Mytox's internal training matrix
• Performs all job functions in a safe, healthful and environmentally conscious manner, abiding by all health, safety and environment rules and regulations as outlined in the company handbook
• Performs other duties as assigned or any reasonable request by management.

Wages: $29 per hour
