• Loads, unloads and inspects automotive parts 
• Maintains cycle time in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follows standardized work instructions and consistently aware of defects and quality alerts
• Ensures safety standards are maintained
• Performs general equipment maintenance functions, such as cleaning and basic mechanical and safety checks
• Utilizes Andon when encountering a quality issue or problem that hinders the completion of standardized work during cycle time
• Communicates effectively with your team
• Promotes principles of Modatek Operating Systems (MOS) and Safety, People, Quality and Production (SPQP)
• Follows and understands process documentation and customer specific requirements as they relate to the job function
• Performs operations in a manner consistent with Modatek’s objectives for safety, quality, responsiveness, and cost to meet customer and company specifications
• Completes documentation as required by the department
• Practices and promotes continuous improvements of manufacturing processes and identifies possible cost reduction opportunities
• Follows and complies with all Operational Procedures and Policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Quality and Environment programs (i.e., IATF16949, ISO14001)
• Understands, promote and live by Magna’s philosophies and Employee Charter
• Adheres to Modatek’s core values, integrity, respect, trust, honesty, fairness and loyalty
• Follows Magna’s Code of Conduct and Ethics and related compliance policies
• Performs all duties in an environmentally responsible manner in accordance with the Modatek Systems Environmental Policy
• Performs other duties as required

• Maintains safety standards of equipment and work area and perform all duties in a safe manner in accordance with the safety policies of Modatek Systems
• Performs all duties in a safe manner in accordance with Section 28 of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulation 851 for Industrial Establishments. 

• Required to wear all personal protective equipment for job/area
• Exposed to elements such as temperature and noise
• Work in office areas and industrial environment, which is dynamic and fast-paced in nature
• Required to work rotational shifts or other shift patterns, as required by business needs
• Physically able to perform the essential duties of the position

Salary Range: $28.09 - $33.05 per hour
