Information Security Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Role and Responsibilities

  • Acquisition Planning & Execution: Drive and manage the end-to-end acquisition and integration process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Due Diligence Coordination: Lead due diligence efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying risks, and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Integration Strategy Development: Develop and execute integration roadmaps, ensuring operational, financial, and cultural alignment between organizations.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations teams to integrate acquired businesses seamlessly.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions to address integration challenges.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Change Management: Ensure cultural and organizational alignment during integrations, fostering employee engagement and retention.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, M&A, corporate development, or related areas.
  • Proven track record in leading successful acquisitions and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, due diligence, and post-merger integration processes.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage ambiguity effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Six Sigma is a plus).
