Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced talent exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.
About the Role
- Large Capital Markets Transformation Program/Project Management/PDL experience
- Exceptional Project Governance experience and experience managing artifacts, dealing with internal/external compliance scrutiny, and fulfilling all regulatory requirements
- Experience leading regulatory projects (with high preference for EU/UK experience) and managing intricate infrastructure programs that involve multiple stakeholders in but not limited to risk, technology, compliance, and finance
- Strong people management skills with the proven ability to align teams to a central vision
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse, high performing teams
- Strong working knowledge with project management tools, such as, Confluence, JIRA, Clarity and Tableau
- Strong collaborator who engages colleagues, business partners, and external stakeholders
