Job Purpose

We are looking for a Program Manager to work directly with the FI Algo Tech lead and FI business Product Leads to drive our future state control framework, based in New York.  We are looking for someone with proven leadership skills and can think through problems methodically.  The person will have the opportunity to interact and present to senior leadership across the FI organization.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the current set of controls and how they impact strategies
  • Oversee multiple programs associated with modernizing FI Controls – Includes documenting projects, running review discussions, and holding developers/stakeholders accountable for actions pending
  • Contribute and voice opinions regarding current project direction and share ideas that would enhance delivery itself or the dev process
  • Strong communicator.  Ability to present to senior audiences and lead meetings with senior developers/product managers
  • Detail oriented and organized.  Ability to track multi streams of work concurrently.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or program management
  • Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
  • Ability to effectively partner across the organization, at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs
  • Proven diplomatic and analytical skills
  • Experience in financial services highly desirable
