- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and driving continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
- Hands-on, results-driven approach, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and present insights clearly.
- Ownership mindset, with the ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive alignment in evolving environments.
What you can expect:
- Lead and execute high-priority marketing programs, including product launches, strategic initiatives, major campaigns, and brand sponsorships/events.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-term requests with long-term strategic initiatives to ensure timely and high-impact execution.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices, standardized processes, and agile methodologies to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Develop and implement structured program plans, including timelines, governance models, and execution frameworks to ensure strategic alignment.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, aligning Marketing, Sales, Product, and Enablement teams on goals, key milestones, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify risks and blockers, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of challenges impacting program success.
- Optimize marketing operations, improving workflows, defining scalable processes, and implementing industry best practices.
- Act as a change agent, leading marketing transformation initiatives, such as integrating new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to drive efficiency and impact.
- Leverage data and insights to track program performance, measure effectiveness, and refine execution strategies for maximum impact.
