Overview
The Technology Strategy and Transformation team plays a critical role in shaping Mastercard's future by defining, translating, and delivering enterprise technology strategy and transformation priorities. The team operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operating model evolution, partnering closely with senior leaders across Technology, Product, Services, and Operations to drive meaningful, measurable outcomes.
Role
As a member of the Technology Strategy and Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of one or more enterprise critical technology strategy and transformation initiatives, helping convert strategic intent into executable plans and tangible outcomes.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgment, acting as a trusted partner to senior Technology leaders, and ensuring strategic initiatives are shaped, governed, and executed effectively across the enterprise.
This role demands strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and advisory skills to drive strategy and transformation at both technical and business levels. The ideal candidate will have experience working in top-tier technology consulting or digital transformation roles, supporting enterprises as they navigate large-scale modernization programs.
Key responsibilities:• Support the end to end delivery of complex, cross functional technology strategy and transformation initiatives aligned to Mastercard's enterprise objectives.• Partner closely with senior leaders across Technology, Product, Services, and Operations to translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans, milestones, success metrics, and outcomes.• Coordinate execution across multiple teams, domains, and geographies, to support alignment, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.• Support the development of high quality executive level materials, including strategy narratives, progress updates, decision papers, and recommendations for senior leadership forums.

You bring:• Experience supporting or delivering complex technology, transformation, or change initiatives in a large global organization. • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities. • A structured, detail oriented approach to planning, tracking, and reporting. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives and decision materials for executive audiences.• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Exposure to technology organizations, large programs, or regulated environments is a plus, but not required.• A consulting or advisory background (internal or external) strongly preferred, particularly in technology strategy or large scale transformation contexts.• Experience within financial services, payments, or highly regulated industries is a strong advantage.• 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering roles
