We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our senior project managers and ensure seamless execution of eCommerce initiatives. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a project management career. While your main focus will be coordination and support, you may also take ownership of smaller accounts or internal projects as your expertise develops.
Project Support & Coordination
- Assist senior project managers with day-to-day operations across multiple client accounts.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and task lists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Organize client meetings, workshops, and internal check-ins — preparing agendas and follow-ups.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to support smooth launches and milestone completion.
Client Onboarding & Communication
- Support onboarding activities by ensuring all tools and templates are set up for new clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for updates, questions, and scheduling.
- Help maintain a positive client experience through responsive communication and clear documentation.
Administrative & Process Support
- Prepare Avex-branded decks and meeting notes for client-facing presentations.
- Update project trackers, budgets, and status reports in collaboration with senior managers.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to building team efficiency.
Learning & Growth
- Gain exposure to Shopify Plus and eCommerce best practices (CRO, retention, UX).
- Shadow senior project managers to learn scoping, technical coordination, and client strategy.
- Take ownership of simple accounts or internal projects to build confidence and experience.

- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, account support, or similar roles (agency experience a plus).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort working with project management tools (Asana, Jira, or similar) and basic knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Interest in eCommerce, web projects, or digital marketing; Shopify experience is a bonus but not required.
- A proactive attitude — willing to learn, ask questions, and grow into larger responsibilities.
