Ameresco Canada is looking to fill the role of Project Coordinator – Document Control to manage and organize project and company documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to authorized personnel.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain efficient document control systems, including classification, filing, indexing, and archiving processes.
- Monitor the flow of documents, process incoming documents, and track changes and revisions.
- Maintain quality control standards in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of documents and ensure they are stored in the correct locations.
- Work with different departments, teams, and external stakeholders to gather and organize information.
- Generate reports on document management services and participate in document control audits.
- Assist with project close-out requirements.
- Manage electronic documents on corporate server and ftp site.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Education in engineering, technology, and/or related fields.
- Experience in planning, scheduling, project coordination and/or document coordination for construction projects.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong abilities to manage, organize, and maintain large volumes of documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Skilled with MS Excel.
- Experience with project management software tools like Procore or Autodesk an asset.
