Ameresco Canada is looking to fill the role of Project Coordinator – Document Control to manage and organize project and company documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to authorized personnel. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain efficient document control systems, including classification, filing, indexing, and archiving processes. 
  • Monitor the flow of documents, process incoming documents, and track changes and revisions. 
  • Maintain quality control standards in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of documents and ensure they are stored in the correct locations. 
  • Work with different departments, teams, and external stakeholders to gather and organize information.
  • Generate reports on document management services and participate in document control audits.
  • Assist with project close-out requirements.
  • Manage electronic documents on corporate server and ftp site.
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary Education in engineering, technology, and/or related fields.
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, project coordination and/or document coordination for construction projects.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong abilities to manage, organize, and maintain large volumes of documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Skilled with MS Excel.
  • Experience with project management software tools like Procore or Autodesk an asset.
