Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our corporate strategy and operations team. You will be responsible for leading and executing strategic projects that drive profitability, efficiency, and scalability across the organization. You will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and internal partners, and business consultants to deliver high-quality results and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Refine project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria, and communicate them clearly to all project stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers, and track and report on project progress, issues, and risks.
  • Drive project success by orchestrating project meetings, workshops, presentations, and reviews, capturing and pursuing action items and decisions to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, assumptions, and constraints, and escalate issues and risks as appropriate.
  • Ensure project quality and compliance with relevant standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Conduct project evaluation and lessons learned, and capture and share project knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10 years consultative in business operations, technical services, or product development with at least 2 year project management experience
  • At least 2 years of project management experience in a corporate role, working on the tactical execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Ownership, accountability, and impact driven, with a 100/0 mindset - 100% accountable and 0 excuses.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex and high-impact projects on time, on budget, and on scope.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, and ability to apply them to different types of projects and contexts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly analytical, critical, and creative thinking skills, and ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Passionate, results-oriented, flexible, and adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Customer service oriented, team player, high performer, and trusted source of operational maturity.
  • Innovative, adaptable, and strategic thinker, who can bring clarity to chaos and create and provide solutions to tough problems.

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $110,000  or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
