- Within 1-2 months you will lead customer projects by preparing project plans, meeting with internal teams and customers on a weekly basis, tracking progress and deliverable completion, maintaining project status, forecasting, and budget reporting, and documenting project risks and issues.
- After 6 months, you will have demonstrated a strong understanding of our delivery methodology and lead significant PM duties for small-medium projects.
- Within 1 year, you will be expected to manage all project management duties for various project types and complexity resulting in a sustainable project management portfolio.
- Execute project management duties for recurring services/advisory customer engagements
- Manage project stakeholders and customer expectations, ensuring customer concerns, risks, and requirements are anticipated, documented, and resolved proactively
- Create and consistently update comprehensive project documentation (project plans, weekly status and budget reports, and risks and issues logs) in appropriate repositories
- Assist engagement managers with maintaining project scope and address any change order needs promptly, as applicable
- Provide accurate updates on project progress to customers and SailPoint management
- 3+ years of professional work experience as part of a Software, SaaS, or consulting company, including 1+ years of formal project manager experience
- Experience working with Certinia (formerly known as Financial Force) is preferred
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Experience with essential project management duties (project planning, managing budgets, monitoring project scope, owning stakeholder communication, and risk management)
- Experience managing projects across multiple teams and geographies to ensure projects are delivered to specification, on-time, and within budget
- Experience working with Certinia (formerly known as Financial Force) is preferred
