As a Publisher Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our partners maximize their impact and revenue through data-driven strategies and collaborative partnership.

About the Role

As a Publisher Account Manager, you will:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to publishers, leveraging deep knowledge of digital media and programmatic advertising to drive results.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with publisher partners, ensuring their success on the Disqus and Zeta platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, product, and analytics teams to deliver tailored solutions and optimize performance.
  • Analyze yield, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights using advanced data tools.
  • Advocate for publisher needs internally, sharing market feedback to inform product innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow publisher revenue and engagement.
  • Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, audience development, and monetization strategies.
  • Deliver proactive account management, resolving issues swiftly and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Monitor performance metrics, report on KPIs, and recommend optimizations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and share best practices with clients and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5 years’ experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or SaaS account management.
  • Proven success in building and growing client relationships, ideally with publishers or ad networks.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities via email and video call.
  • Consultative approach, with a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering value.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000.00, depending on location and experience.
