 Job Description:

It all starts here! QNX technology has been deployed in the world’s most critical embedded systems, including more than 255 million vehicles on the road today. As a trusted partner to some of the world’s most innovative companies, we’re on a mission to help redefine how we as a company go to market and unlock the next wave of growth. Now, we’re expanding our Customer Marketing team to drive deeper relationships, stronger advocacy, and sustainable growth with our strategic accounts.

It all starts with you!

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly motivated Senior Manager of Customer Marketing (Americas) to take our customer engagement to the next level. This role is about more than just marketing — it’s about becoming a trusted partner to some of the most important accounts in the automotive and other embedded technology sectors. Working hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Marketing, you’ll design and execute mid- and long-term go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored to our named accounts — high-value customers and key strategic growth opportunities for QNX.

Though your primary focus will be North America, your efforts will contribute globally, as many of our customers operate on an international scale. This is a high-impact role where you will directly influence revenue growth, customer advocacy, and QNX’s positioning as a thought leader in the industry.

Why Join QNX

  • Be at the forefront of the software-defined transformation of the automotive industry.
  • Work with some of the most innovative companies globally.
  • Collaborate with a global, passionate, and supportive team.
  • Drive tangible business outcomes and influence the future direction of our company.
  • Competitive compensation, bonus and benefits package

What You’ll Do:

Develop Strategic, Account-Specific Plans of Action:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to help build and maintain account plans and other stakeholders for bespoke GTM strategies for named accounts
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs tailored to specific business problems, product interests, and growth potential of key accounts.
  • Lead and support customer engagement programs like Tech Days, on-site workshops, and executive briefings to deepen relationships and uncover new opportunities.

Drive Revenue Growth & Advocacy:

  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in close collaboration with Sales and Product Management and actively contribute to quantifiable pipeline growth.
  • Support creation of Commercial Insights to differentiate QNX’s value proposition, solving specific challenges for our customers.
  • Grow awareness and engagement by positioning QNX as a leader in foundational software at select industry events.

Foster Industry Influence & Customer Success:

  • Establish a structured approach to capture, document, and replicate success stories to drive further adoption and share best practices internally.

Accountability & Leadership:

  • Customize communications and messaging per account to ensure relevance, resonance, and results.
  • Contribute to global internal alignment, ensuring customer strategies work seamlessly across regions.

You will have:

  • Proven mid-level experience in B2B marketing or GTM roles, with a focus on automotive and embedded systems.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive Tier1/2 landscape, supply chain, and technology stacks.
  • Ideally a track record in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and named account strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities across complex stakeholder groups.
  • Passionate about building relationships and translating customer needs into actionable marketing strategies.
  • A proactive self-starter with a growth mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.

If you are looking to make a real impact, then we'd love to hear from you!
