Senior Financial Analyst

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models, forecasts, and budgets that guide key business decisions.
  • Dive deep into variance analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Create compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Review and approve sales orders, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
  • Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and uphold compliance with accounting standards.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to streamline order processing and ensure financial alignment.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and support audits with confidence and clarity.
  • Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to keep our financial reporting sharp and future-ready.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus!)
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, with a strong grasp of accounting principles and reporting standards
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems like NetSuite or Oracle
  • Familiarity with ERP software and/or Tableau is preferred
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy
  • The ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
