We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to help define and deliver solutions to the QNX portfolio such as General Embedded Development Platform, Cabin (digital cockpit), and Sound (vehicle acoustics). You will:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-component solutions, from strategic planning through delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Define integration strategies that turn building blocks into cohesive offerings.

  • Partner with engineering and ecosystem partners to accelerate time-to-market for new verticals.

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new solution launches, aligning with QNX’s roadmap and business objectives.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, synthesizing feedback from strategic accounts and market signals.

  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

  • Serve as a thought leader and brand ambassador, representing QNX at industry events, webinars, customer briefings, and executive-level engagements.

You will have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree.

  • Significant product management experience in industrial automation, robotics, IoT, or embedded systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to define and prioritize product requirements, balancing customer impact, business viability, and technical feasibility.

  • Strong cross-functional knowledge spanning engineering, product strategy, finance, and marketing.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

It will be great if you have:

  • Experience with ecosystem partnerships or build vs. buy decisions.

  • Familiarity with industrial connectivity standards (OPC UA, Modbus, PROFINET).

  • Knowledge and understanding the importance of regulatory compliance in embedded space (e.g. functional safety standards such as IEC 61508 and/or security standards such as IEC 62443).

Compensation Hiring Base Salary Range:

$108,750.00 - $158,750.00

 

Please be advised that the compensation hiring range indicated herein is provided solely as a good-faith estimate of expected base compensation for the position. The actual compensation offered will be determined at the time of hire and is contingent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and results of assessments conducted during the hiring process.

 

Bonus:

The BlackBerry Variable Incentive Pay (VIP) program is an organization-wide bonus incentive program which aims to reward full-time eligible employees for their contribution to BlackBerry’s success. VIP payments are made in addition to base salary and factor in company’s performance as a way for employees to share in BlackBerry’s achievements.
