About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Engineer on our Business Applications team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of flawless features and end-to-end user experiences across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ) and NetSuite (ERP). Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Participate in project kick-off meetings, understand project scope, and contribute to design discussions and best practices
- Prepare functional documentation based on conditions of satisfaction provided by business stakeholders
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans with optimal coverage, while documenting test results and proofs for future reference
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Product to align on requirements and customer needs
- Provide QA walkthroughs to UAT teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs
- Mentor other QA engineers on tested features and continue to build deep product knowledge to support internal users
The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on testing experience preferred Salesforce application knowledge on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and CPQ
- Excited by technology, curious and eager to learn with the ability to mentor junior members of the team.
- The attitude and ability to thrive in a high-growth, evolving environment.
- Collaborative team player who has the ability to partner with others and drive towards solutions.
- Strong understanding of testing procedures of Regression, Smoke and Sanity.
