Job Description
We offer a dynamic opportunity to advance your career in data analytics and drive impactful merchant relationships.
As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior within the Data and Analytics team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to formulate quantifiable goals and develop strategies to achieve them. You will engage in sales forecasting, budget management, and campaign performance insights to drive and scale offers by developing direct relationships with merchants.
Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and D&A groups to define objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop timely and accurate sales forecasts to facilitate effective conversations between the sales team and merchants.
  • Provide timely operation forecasts to the ops team for accurate budget management.
  • Develop merchant-facing lift reports and pre/post campaign performance insights.
  • Convert data into actionable insights and leverage data visualization tools to effectively tell a story.
  • Measure business performance and provide executive presentations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or any engineering field involving significant quantitative research and data analysis.
  • 8+ years of experience with excellent SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau skills.
  • Critical and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, and drawing business insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 6 years of analytics experience (with Masters).
  • Experience in ad tech preferred.
