As an Immigration and Citizenship Legal Professional, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals and families in building their future in Canada. You’ll be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising clients, and keeping our team informed about evolving immigration policies and regulations. Working closely with passionate colleagues who value professionalism, innovation, and integrity, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.

As an Immigration and Citizenship Legal Professional at Leadtech, you will:
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents to support immigration and citizenship cases.
- Provide expert legal guidance to clients, helping them navigate their immigration journey.
- Stay up to date with evolving immigration policies, laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
We’re looking for someone with a balance of legal expertise and people skills who can thrive in a dynamic environment. Here’s what we’d love to see:
- A Law Degree in Immigration and Citizenship from Queen’s University.
- Strong communication skills with proven proficiency in English and/or French (official language certification required).
- Successful completion of the entry-to-practice exam.
- Proof of Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residence, or First Nations Status.
- Ideally, RCIC certification (or being close to obtaining it).
