Recruiter (3 months contract)
REV Capital is looking for a Recruiter (3 months contract) to join our growing team! Working closely with Director of HR and the HR team, the Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing talent, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process from start to the end.

About You:
You are a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter who is passionate about identifying top talent and building strong relationships. You are a natural communicator with a keen ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) which is greenhouse.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Support other HR and recruitment-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 4+ years of high volume recruitment in the tech or financial space
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or social media platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
